How can Zabooom fit into my agency?

Many agencies use Zabooom to call aged leads. You've already paid for them, and no one is calling them.

The AI identifies two groups:

  1. The positive conversations where the person expresses interest.
  2. The list of people who answer the call. Your team can call them back.

This is where the gold is hidden. We identify the 20% of the list that is open to conversations.

How is this different from an auto-dialer or a human caller?

Zabooom does the dialing, and the Voice AI has the conversation. No human needed.

With an auto-dialer, your agent is tethered and must be available to answer.

Humans take breaks and have time off. Agents often handle client services and have no time to place calls. Zabooom manages the grind and rejection without needing time off.

What if a prospect asks something the AI can't answer?

The AI has general knowledge and logic and can carry on a conversation. For example, if the person says they don't need home insurance, she will ask if they need auto.

If the question is about a policy or pricing, the AI will transfer them to a licensed agent or have a licensed agent call them back.

What is a live transfer?

When the person wants to talk to an agent or has answered the verification questions, the AI offers to transfer them to a live agent.

In a live transfer, the AI makes an introduction when the licensed agent answers and does a warm transfer.

Do I have to do a live transfer?

The live transfer and path to opt out is required to be an option to meet compliance requirements. If the person wants to talk to a human, or gets upset at any point, the AI will transfer the call to a licensed agent.

That said, you don't need to have the live transfer set up as the standard process. We have clients who prefer the AI request a callback time.

An email is generated and sent to the licensed agent with the call script, the information collected and verified, and a link to the recording.

Is this TCPA and FCC compliant?

Zabooom utilizes AI-assisted calling systems in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Federal Communications Commission's guidance.

Client represents and warrants that all leads provided include appropriate prior express consent, and where required, prior express written consent for contact via artificial or prerecorded voice.

Zabooom provides required caller identification, AI disclosure, and opt-out mechanisms. Client retains responsibility for lead source compliance, consent capture, and recordkeeping.

Each state has laws for valid calling hours.

How does Zabooom handle Do Not Call requests?

The automation ensures that people are removed from the calling list for reasons such as their request, a wrong number, or being deceased. These numbers are blocked from being called again.

Does Zabooom provide leads?

No. The Client needs to provide the leads. We are not a lead provider.

Does lead quality matter?

Yes. It's the same as if humans or auto-dialers were calling. The Voice AI doesn't magically make people more interested in the call.

We notice that with older-aged leads, there is a high percentage of wrong numbers and deceased contacts. There are normally a lot of voicemail answers, and these calls are recycled to call again based on each agency's philosophies and standard processes.

Does Zabooom's AI sell policies?

No. The AI is instructed not to give advice or try to sell. The lead is passed to a licensed agent or scheduled for a live call-back from a licensed agent.

How many calls can Zabooom make?

We make 1 call every 4 minutes per AI Voice. We typically deploy 2 Voice AI's calling per day.
